Good leader and bad leader

I have each team member to decide what they want to accomplish, the way they want to, and when they want to.
I will balance the business goal and their personal will.
Leading is to encourage them towards the business goal as their will. Give them freedom.
Leading is not asking them to fulfill anything as your will. Dictating is not leading.
Good leader think he is equal to each member.
The only difference is leader's role is to server each member as any need.
Provide fairness, flexible environment within the team.
Bad leader server nobody but himself.
Bad leader command team member to fullfil anything as his own will.
Bad leader punish team who do not follow his will.

Freedom inspire innovation max.
I give team member max flexibility/freedom I can to inspire their innovation.
I set the business goal and let team member to decide
what they can innovate and how to do so, when to do so. My job is server them as they need, anything to provide good innovation environment to them.

Integrity(honest, fairness) and compassion build trust, trust build relationship, relationship build good service.
Without the integrity, the rest of them are not solid, could collapse at any time.
Integrity means honest, always speaking of truth.
Compassion means think the way the other people think.
Fairness means peace, since no fair no peace.
Service means I do not serve myself instead my sole mission is serve whoever I work for, whoever I work with and whoever I live with.
