when the babies are infant, my wife complain she is tired to death to feed/taking care of the babies.
When the babies grow up a little bit, naughty boys are not listen to mom, she is angry with him.
I argue with my wife on how to educate children all time.
I promote to give the kids flexbility, let him do what ever he want as long as he does not hurt or affect other people.
For example:
he do not want to eat, then don't eat. Do not want to do home work, then don't do it.
My wife will blame him because of he do not want to eat, do not do home work.
The interest of learning is key point I want him to keep.
Forcing him to do the home work will make him lost interest. If no interest, he would be very hard to be a student.
I still believe that,
Do not regulate him is the best way to regulate him.
I said "do not regulate" him means give the most flexbility that is possible.
The less regulation, the better trust relationship between kids and parent.
This word also apply between boss and employee.
The less regulation, the better trust, the better performance, the better output.
